Wow, North Metro women, the week has flown by! Here is some of what’s going on in our neck of the woods this coming weekend.
Bring friends and family to the Olde Town Creative Crawl in Olde Town Arvada this Friday at 5pm. This Friday fun event will be featuring live music and celebrating many of Arvada’s artful endeavors. You can hang out at one of the tasty restaurants and brew pubs or go on an “art drop” scavenger contest where you must find art by artist, Christine Nguyen (@seanmoonshe) in various locations around town.

It’s time to update your summer reading list and there’s no better place to tick that box than at the Broomfield library. This Saturday they are holding a used book sale in their auditorium lobby. Here you’ll find: hardbacks for $2, paperbacks for $1 and marked children’s books 2 for a $1. On the final clearance hour, you can fill up an entire paper bag for $10.

The town of Erie and the organization Being Better Neighbors is hosting a Pride celebration this Sunday from 3-7pm in downtown Erie. Here you’ll find food trucks, live music, youth programs and resources that educate and encourage inclusivity in the community. This is a free event!

The Boulder County begins its summer Farmers Market event this Saturday from 8-2pm at the Boulder Civic Area off of Broadway and Canyon. This seasonal event began in 1987 and hosts up to 150 participants. Here you’ll find booths by professional farmers, backyard gardeners, weekend farmers, teenage run gardens and various live music, arts and crafts.
