Adopt A Pup & Do Some Yoga at Rescue Puppy Yoga

by North Metro Woman

With a new year upon us, you may be looking to start doing yoga as way to take care of your body and relax your mind. It’s a great way to stretch your muscles and rejuvenate your mind.

Add in some puppy love and you can’t go wrong!

Seriously, what could be better than puppies AND yoga! Rescue Puppy Yoga finds forever homes for animals in need. Do a downward dog pose and get a kiss from a furry friend (sorry, had to do it).

Rescue Puppy Yoga is typically held once a month at The Orchard Town Center in Westminster. The next scheduled dates as of this writing are February 11th, March 11th and April 8th.

Yoga classes are held at 10am, 12pm and 2pm (be sure and check the Eventbrite registration link below to confirm dates and times). Classes are 45 minutes long, but plan on 60 minutes so you can spend the last 15 minutes playing with a pup that you may just want to take home!

Class is $30. You can sign up by registering here.
