Looking for a cute coffee shop in Thornton? Look no further, Summer Moon Coffee is opening January 14th!
It’s always fun to have a new coffee spot for meeting friends, working on your laptop or just getting in some alone time. And of course, if you’re a coffee lover, it’s always fun to try out a new brand!
Unless you are from Texas you may have not have ever heard of Summer Moon. Born in Austin, Texas most of the Summer Moon locations are based in Texas and Oklahoma. The Thornton location is a locally owned franchise and looks to be a fun new addition to the Riverdale Park area.
While the coffee shop itself looks rustic and cozy, the coffee is what may bring you back again and again. Summer Moon is all about unique Oak Roasted Coffee and signature sweet cream Moon Milk. Yes please! Coffee that is roasted in hand-built brick roasters over seasoned Texas oak gets an optimistic thumbs up from us! There are also seasonal drinks and food items on the menu as well.

To get a good look at the menu and try out the yummy-sounding coffee, stop by the Grand Opening on January 14th, 2023 starting at 7am.
