Brrr…we are in the deep freeze, North Metro, but if you’re ready to warm it up this Galentine’s Day and toast your fabulous friends, we have a great idea for you! Perdida Kitchen is a hot new addition to Westminster at 1257 120th (right behind the new Homegrown Tap and Dough).
This gourmet coastal Mexican restaurant is warm and inviting in a chic and artsy new space. When we visited, we tried the chicken fajitas with cilantro lime rice, the fried avocado tacos with chipotle aioli sauce, AND the cheese enchiladas with tomatillo morita sauce. ALL were simply divine. The highlight -a gorgeous expansive window-lit bar serving tasty margaritas with plenty of room for all your friends. So check ’em out ladies! They offer happy hour Monday-Friday from 3-5pm with the following specials.
