Lucile’s Creole Cafe is now open in their new Erie location. Back in the day, you had to arrive pretty early to get in the door at their beloved Boulder spot. Now, you can get a cup of that tasty gumbo and those sugary sublime beignets right here in the North Metro. Look for the little yellow house on Briggs street.
Limon & Sal in Broomfield is a new Mexican place off of 144th and Lowell. They offer fresh menu options like avocado toast, chicken flautas, and spicy chilaquiles. So far, the reviews have been incredible. Check them out!
Vatos Tacos and Tequila is now open in the new Westminster city center. They offer every kind of street taco you can imagine including mahi mahi, fried avocado and chicken. They also offer top shelf tequila options and over six flavors of margaritas that can be enjoyed out near the patio water fountain. It’s a great place to hang out before or after a movie at the Alamo. Here’s a peek at the menu.
The Chop Shop off of Hwy. 287 and W. 6th Ave in Broomfield offers “fast casual” lunch including comfort food like chicken fried chicken and French dip to numerous vegetarian and vegan options like salads, veggie rice noodle bowls, and veggie burgers. Check out their menu!
