Bliss in Boulder is a third generation women-owned and led boutique in the art district of Boulder’s East Pearl Street. Everyone has heard of the walking mall, but if you stroll down just a couple more blocks, you’ll discover some shops that are a little less mainstream.
Owner, Michelle Vargo, says, “We are a local home accent boutique in the heart of downtown Boulder and we cater to all things fun, funky and female-friendly.”
Bliss is one of those places where you never have to feel guilty about shopping. Michelle, says, “When my partner, Hanna, and I came in, we really wanted to put our stamp on things so we hired a lot of local artisans. We really wanted to cater to our local community. A lot of our products have missions behind them that help support either non-profits or a good cause.”
For example, with each purchase of their Adventurist line of backpacks, money goes to support local food banks like Food Bank of the Rockies. Each backpack sold serves 25 meals!
