The beautiful parks and plazas across the north metro area will be filled with the sound of music this season, with dozens of outdoor concerts (and other fun) planned all summer long!
Since concerts in the park are one of the many joys of summer, North Metro Woman has assembled a list with concert and event links from Brighton to Boulder to help you plan accordingly!
Get your concert gear gathered up, and we’ll see you dancing in the park soon!
Brighton Flix & Kicks Movie and Concert Series in the Park
Brighton’s concert and movie series will take place at Carmichael Park, at 650 Southern Avenue. Concerts start at 7 p.m. and unless otherwise noted, movies begin at dusk.
Seating is first come, first served and you’re encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, picnics, bug spray and other amenities.

Thornton Twist & Shout Summer Concert Series + Arts in the Parks
This roving summer events series takes place on Thursday evenings at locations across Thornton. Arts in the Parks events begin at 5:30 p.m. and concerts start at 7 p.m.
Come hungry, and visit the food trucks that will be on site for Arts in the Park! Bring your own blankets or chairs; children under 12 must attend with an adult.

Broomfield 2023 Free Summer Concert Series
This year’s Broomfield summer concert lineup features an incredible range of Grammy winning talent from genres including jazz, punk, salsa, country rock and more. Food trucks will also be on hand offering both savory and sweet treats will be joining each event!
Before the concerts kick off on Wednesday evenings, families can enjoy a variety of preshow festivities, courtesy of the Broomfield Library. Events will be held at various locations across town.

Flatiron Crossing Summer of Fun Concert Series
Flatiron Crossing’s highly anticipated Summer of Fun Concert Series is back, with live music every Thursday evening at 6:30 in the Food Court Plaza. The concerts will include an outdoor beer garden provided by Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar!
Flatiron Crossing is located at One West Flatiron Crossing Drive in Broomfield.

Westminster Special Summer Events
The City of Westminster’s 2023 summer line up has something for everyone, from music to movies, history tours, food events and the always popular Westy Craft Brew Fest!
For something extra fun and unique this year, check out the 1870s Vintage Baseball game on July 8 with 1870s baseball rules and suffragettes fighting for their right to vote between innings.

The Orchard Town Center’s Thumpin’ Summer Concert Series

Head to the Orchard this summer for a rockin’ good time with some of Colorado’s best bands! Concerts take place on Saturdays from July 8th – August 26th starting at 6 p.m. The Orchard is located at 14697 Delaware Street in Westminster.

Northglenn 2023 Summer Concert & Movie Series
Northglenn’s popular free concert and movie series will take place Wednesdays through July 19 on the Festival Lawn at 1 East Memorial Parkway. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and movies start at dusk.
Food trucks will be on site with goodies to purchase. Bring a blanket and snack and cuddle up for a wonderful summer evening!

Lafayette 2023 Summer Events
Hear music from Cultural Caravan at Lafayette’s diverse event line-up this summer, which offers something for everyone. A mix of different days, times and locations include art nights, picnics on the plaza, block parties, movies in the park and more.

Boulder Summer Concerts
The City of Boulder will continue its partnership with the Boulder Concert Band (BCB) to provide music in the parks around town on Monday evenings starting at 7 p.m. through July 31st.
The BCB is composed of area volunteer musicians and performs traditional and modern concert pieces, enriching the cultural experience of the audience and the musicians.

Pearl Street Mall Bands of the Bricks Summer Concert Series
Bands on the Bricks is Boulder County’s premier outdoor summer concert series, taking place in the heart of the city on the bricks of the one-and-only Pearl Street Mall.
The Mall will be groovin’ with rock to reggae and everything in between on Wednesdays this summer starting at 5:30 p.m. through August 2nd.
The beer garden opens at 5:30 p.m. and new this year is a secure bike valet drop off.
